- Perform Inventory standard costing maintenance, variance analysis and simulation.
- Perform forecast, analysis and reporting for inventory, reserves and production costs.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to coordinate and execute physical inventory and cycle-count audits.
- Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries preparation, general ledger account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Drive control process improvement and compliance with best practices, including conduct audit, prepare variance reconciliation and analysis.
- Assist in the completion of statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Work in ad-hoc assignment/project as required.
QualificationsÂ
- Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting/Management Finance.
- 2-4 years working experience, preferably cost accounting in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, meticulous and detail oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
- Ability to handle and deliver multi-tasks with tight deadlines, and to work outside office hours to support month-end closing.
