- Provide test support and tester preventive maintenance and calibration activities
- Assist superior to carry out various study for quality improvement, program and cycle time optimization for AOI / AXI / 5DX operation.
- To review and update preventive maintenance checklist from time to time and complete PM per schedule planned
- Generate and fine tune AOI NPI and sustaining program with acceptable false call rate
- Coordinate with Process Engineering & Equipment team for real time feedback of defect rate
- Review AOI/AXI/5DX inspection for accurate, consistent detection of SMT paste, component placement and solder joint defects
- Communicate defects not captured by equipment to responsible personnel for enhancement of program integrity.
- To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled
- Responsible for daily / shiftily yield, efficiency and effectiveness report
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge in AOI / AXI / 5DX equipment will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to work cooperatively in a team & cross functional team (CFT) as needed
- Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers
