MES Solution Specialist

As an MES Solution Specialist, you will be the bridge between complex manufacturing needs and cutting-edge cloud technology. You will lead the implementation of the 42Q MES platform, ensuring our customers achieve peak operational efficiency through seamless integration and expert solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Requirement Gathering: Actively engage with customers to conduct requirement gathering, prepare Statements of Work (SOW), and develop comprehensive Solution Design Documents.
• Process Optimization: Leverage industry best practices to create process flows in conjunction with customers that best suit their unique manufacturing environments.
• End-to-End Implementation: Lead the implementation of the 42Q MES cloud-based solution, including:
  • System setup and configuration.
  • Rigorous testing and validation.
  • Comprehensive customer training.
  • Seamless integration with existing ERP systems.
  • Dedicated post-go-live support.
• Project Oversight: Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to track efforts, deliverables, schedules, and timelines, ensuring the punctual completion of all project milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide valuable inputs to internal teams and suggest strategic changes or improvements to the 42Q cloud MES solution.

Experience & Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Over 10 years of professional experience working within the manufacturing domain.
• Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with MES solutions or other manufacturing-related software is highly preferred.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to provide a high level of project management expertise throughout the software lifecycle.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, detailed technical reports and high-impact presentations.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Mobility: Must be ready and willing to travel domestically and overseas to customer locations as required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
