• Materials planning, Purchasing, PPVs, Claims.

Responsibilities:

• Must be analytical, organized and effectively communicate information and recommendations to high level positionssuch as Sales team, CSCM and PMTL
• Will schedule and manage calls with the teams, establish goals and drive actions
• Will make sure that the information loaded in Claims Tool by the PM is accurate and align to what Finance ispresenting in the Retained PPV.
• Give support to Plants in order to resolve doubts and problems with the Claim Tool
• Follow up with Finance and PMs that the POs received from Customers are accounted for in Retained PPV
• Elaborate GPPV and Claims reports
• Provide Training in Claims Tool across all Regions and Plants
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
