Responsibilities:
Support the implementations for the Smartsheet Solutions including sheets, reports, dashboards and automations.
Provide first level support for existing implementations such as minor updates, troubleshooting and user
assistance
Collaborate with internal users to gather and document basic business requirements
Maintain updated information and process documentation within Smartsheet
Perform data validation, task tracking and progress monitoring
Work closely with administrative and technical teams to optimize workflows
Assist with user training and guidance on Smartsheet best practices
