Business Systems Analyst 3
A functional IT role equipped with in-depth functional & technical skills to implement system solutions by defining and analyzing requirements and system problems; Functional designing; system configuration and testing standards, mainly pertaining to the Solutions. These encompassing the following key service areas:
• Demand Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing Operation
-Order Management
A global IT Subject Matter Expert for SCM and Business Opportunity Solution.
Key responsibilities:
Business requirement gathering and alignment with strong ability to marry processes with technology to help our customers achieving high performance results
Creating Functional Requirements and Functional Design Specification based on defined business requirements that fit into the Company overall solution platforms and architectural
Participating and partnering with support team in continuous Improvement Suggesting discussion
Supporting IT projects of new functionalities which involve the Business Requirement Documentation review, Functional Design Review, Functional Specification review, solution testing and User Acceptance supports.
Driving Functional and Integration Testing of new/enhanced functionalities
Involvement in regional IT projects on need basis
Desired Skills and Experience
To consider, Job Requirements are as follows but not limited to:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science required
Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge in SCM(preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirement alignment and consulting required
Experience on manufacturing operational data mining/analytic using Business Analytics Tools would be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solution oriented mindset..
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Job Description
Business Systems Analyst : Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
