Responsibilities:

• Control of the maquila program (IMMEX Program)
• Verification and control of shipments
• Customs control of fixed assets
• Materials nationalization
• Nationalization of machinery and equipment
• Certification of Origin according to the different free trade agreements
• Control of the payment of Foreign Trade Tax: General import tax, customs processing rights, compensatory fees, etc.
• virtual export pediments

• Control of foreign trade files
• Maintenance of raw materials, finished product, indirect and machinery catalogs
