Project Manager 

Education:

Communications Electronics Engineering, Computing systems or similar.

Experience:

5 years in NPI and Product Engineering process (ECO, MCO, Configuration Mgmt). Important to know about BOM PCA/Top levels or Chassis structures (3th level), Configuration management update through Engineering Change Order (ECO) or Manufacturing Change Order (MCO) or even Deviation process from Customer. Experience to work in Agile documentation control system. Knowledge about New Product Introduction process, lead continuous improvement teams, customer conference calls, NPI preparation Checklist, pilot calendars, gantt projects, be in charge of one Customer as a product engineer and also experience to manage product engineer technicians.

Knowledge:

• Agile, Oracle

• Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs

Responsibilities: 

• New Product Introduction Leader (NPI checklist preparation and execution)
• ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations
• MRB controls
• Product Technicians training development and activities coordination
• To develop continuos improvement projects
• To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
