⦁ Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments

⦁ Work with RND to manage for the success implementation of NPR.

⦁ Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time and reduce CoPQ in production.

⦁ Generate and maintain the documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) and pilot report.

⦁ Apply sound engineering knowledge in the trouble shooting product failure, produce failure analysis report and perform corrective action.

Requirements:

⦁ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering with 2~5 years working experience.

⦁ Knowledge and experience in specific areas such as PCB assembly, plastic parts, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers, latest display technology and electro-mechanical components would be an added advantage.

⦁ Ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer and statistical tools such as Minitab.

⦁ Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
