QA Engineering Mgmt 4

Job Description

1. Work with senior management to manage the development and implementation of quality systems, procedures, and methods throughout the organization. 

2. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, processes, quality training, quality programs and the quality auditing of the company's products, processes and services. 

3. Facilitates the development and application of advanced Quality Assurance and control methods and processes utilizing methods, theories, and research techniques to solve complex manufacturing, supply chain, service, or engineering process problems. 

4. Assists in the development of financial measurement systems, which determine the success of the Company's quality processes and recommends initiatives for continued success. 

5. Drive improvements in measurement and analysis (metrics) capabilities and associated processes.

6. Work closely with customers, senior management and key subject matter experts in engineering, manufacturing, global services and the field to ensure timely and effective communication around ongoing process efforts as well as towards establishing and driving the quality process improvement agenda broadly across functions.

7. Lead a group of quality supervisors and managers.

Qualification:

1. Technical Degree in Electronics /Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent.

2. At least 10 years industrial experience in quality engineering, preferably in PCB / HDI / mSAP/SLP industry, with Lean / Six Sigma implementation experience preferred.

3. Experience and good knowledge in quality management systems (Automotive / Aerospace); strong analytical and indepth statistical knowledge. 

4. Experience in validation process (components, process and design), yield improvement and scrap reduction through engineering processes.

5. Able to communicate efficiently and independently in English with internal and external customers
