Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
Knowledge and Experience:
• Knowledge of NOM-251-SSA1-2009 (Hygiene practices for food processing).
• Experience in the management and supervision of industrial cafeterias.
• Management and analysis of metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct general audits of the cafeteria service, verifying adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Monitor microbiological results and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Serve the different plants, participating in meetings with Human Resources to review audits, metrics, and action plans.
• Analyze operational information, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators.
• Manage and provide timely attention to complaints and requests from service users.
• Ensure that new supplier proposals are implemented on time and correctly, guaranteeing their impact on service improvement.
