1. Preparation and analysis of inventory related reports include PPV, IPV, Premium Charges, Aging reports etc.
2. Preparation and analysis of inventory reconciliation and inventory reserves. 
3. Month-end closing activities including journals preparation, accruals, prepayment and accounts analysis
4. Preparation of Financial Reports, Budgets, & Forecasts.
5. Support Quarterly Target Cost (TC) roll-up, Capex ROI, Asset Management and analysis. 
6. Support site KPIs publication i.e. labor efficiency; scrap/ manufacturing variances; equipment utilization; overhead cost recovery etc. 
7. Involved in activities that driving Plant Compliance including maintenance of reviews, supporting data and analysis for Internal and External Audits and Local Statutory requirement. Involved in physical inventory count activities. 
8. Ability to handle and deliver multi-tasks within tight deadlines and able to work beyond office hours to support month-end closing
9. Support ad-hoc assignment/ project as required. 

Qualifications Required : 

1. Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Costing/ Accounting.
2. 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in semi-conductor manufacturing industry. Knowledge of ERP system i.e. Oracle will be an added advantage.
3. Good analytical skills, proficiency in using spreadsheets to extract, compile, analyze and interpret data, meticulous and detail oriented.
4. Good communication skills. Able to interact and collaborate with cross functional teams. 
5. Self-motivated and fast learner.
