• To support Customer Lifecycle Management projects, ensuring technical quality, commercial alignment, and leveraging product knowledge to bridge cross-functional teams.

• Supporting products Hardware programs, proactively managing complex component, and production changes to guarantee supply continuity, quality compliance, and engineering assurance across products.

• Serving as the Product Engineer  by executing the introduction of new products, maintenance of operation and enhancement, also ensuring seamless integration of institutional knowledge and deployment of software and hardware across production lines. Ensure no production Stoppage, transfer the specific "tribal knowledge" regarding the current test environment to other team member.

• Provide comprehensive engineering technical support for manufacturing, quality, and engineering issues across multiple product lines, driving continuous improvement in yield and quality through cross-functional issue resolution, root cause analysis, and optimization of processes, test coverage, and design.

• To conduct structured On-the-Job Training consisting of technical shadowing, documented the procedures, and a phased handover of live project management to the successor to ensure all critical domain knowledge is successfully transferred. 

 Knowledge / Abilities

• Software Lifecycle Management process from customer design until factory deployment.

• Customer products hardware CoS continuity of supply / PCN programs

• Manufacturing technical support skill in Analysing, LEAN and SOP Documentations.

• Good communication skill translates to technical, non-technical stakeholders ensure understanding, Cross-Functional Collaboration and Conflict Resolution.
