• Providing to customers concurrent engineering inputs to ensure new product design requirements align with manufacturing requirements.

• Continuously work with the customer's product development team or customer’s NPI team  to improve quality, productivity and cost. Provide technical support for new product releases.

• Utilize analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills and use of statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study for new product readiness.

• Hands on experience in product builds, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of NPI production process.

• Drive to solve difficult problems involving testing, planning and implementation of new parts.

• Develop and present test plans when problems arise, coordinate testing and data acquisition.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a recognized Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience.

• Committed & aggressive individuals with strong personal interaction skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong technical knowledge to support production in Manufacturing & Testing of Quality Products.

• Possess analytical/ problem solving skills, data acquisition skills, and ability to use statistical tools and techniques such as CP & CPK study.

• Able to coordinate and implement new product releases.

• Good knowledge in RF and design engineering will be an added advantage.
