ENGRG ASSISTANT I

Job Responsibilities:
• To perform document routing as a role of Agile Change Analyst and manage document control in daily function and activities.
• To maintain and update document control related SOP and Work Instruction.
• To ensure controlled documents and quality records are always readily retrievable.
• To ensure controlled documents and quality records are maintained in a secure environment and are protected from damage and loss.
• Create and issue new document number and maintain the document number log.
• Distribution of controlled copy documents to appropriate department.
• Retrieval of obsolete controlled copy documents from appropriate department.
• To follow-up with document owner on updating any expired document.
• Stop any document routing if any document submitted was incomplete/incorrect.
• Act as Agile Administrator.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
 
Job Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma or NITEC Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in the EMS manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven individual with positive learning attitude.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for continual improvement to system.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
