2. Be familiar with tools of FMEA,CP,SPC
3. Be familiar with PTH and Pattern Plating&SES process
4. Drive the quality improvement to meet target

5. Conduct the process optimization for capability improvement
6. Strong team working spirit and well communication skill
7. Be able to work on night shift and handle NCMR&abnormality

◆ 教育背景Education Background:1. Bachelor’s degree
◆ 培训经历TrainingIt’s good to attend FMEA/SPC/Lean Six Sigam/IPC training
◆ 经验Experience:Over 2 years experience in PCB Chemical process
◆ 技能技巧Skill:1. Read and write skillfully in English2. Be familiar with Excel&word&PPT
