ANALYST II (FINANCIAL)

Job Responsibilities

Schedules and generates Oracle reports
Processes month / quarter end journals
Performs COGS analysis (including freight, warranty, inventory adjustments, etc.)
Performs system costs update at quarter end (including bi-yearly update of labour and overhead rates)
Reviews and analyzes inventory revaluation at quarter end
Closes work orders with no variances
Assists with preparation of month/quarter-end management reports
Assists with forecast of OPEX
Assists with US GAAP, SOX and statutory audits
Assists with productivity improvement projects
Performs ad-hoc tasks and/or prepares ad-hoc reports to drive the plants' financial performance and controllable free cash flow

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
Detail oriented with strong analytical skill
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
