- 8+ years of experience in customer service/program management.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
-Quotation and RFQ Skills.
- NPI management.
Activities / Responsibilities :
OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
-Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
- Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
