Quality Technician

1. Purpose of this role:

Checking, analyzing and giving feedback to the manufacturing about the quality management processes.

2. Main duties and responsibilities:

- investigating the FQA Alert problems, find the root causes
- to take corrective and preventive actions
- to analyse the daily problems in the production and to support the production and other departments in their daily work
- to support the daily work of Quality Engineers: Review and edit of Work instructions, Investigations of internal problems, Follow up of implemented actions, Blocking of wrong products or components, Quick, immediately actions for FQA failures/alerts.

3. Skills, experiences:

- IPC 610 knowledge
- Quality ISO standard knowledge
- good monotony tolerance
- knowledge of basic quality techniques (e.g: 8D, FMEA, CP)
- analytic thinking
- creativity
- less than 1 year related experience
