Job Objectives

Ensure Continuous QMS Compliance: To maintain, safeguard, and continuously evolve the plant's Quality Management System in full compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Guarantee Corporate Alignment: To ensure strict adherence to Sanmina's Global/Corporate Quality Policies, effectively implementing and integrating all corporate directives and procedures into the local plant operations.

Secure Audit Excellence: To guarantee constant audit-readiness and drive successful outcomes during external certification, corporate, and automotive customer audits.

Bridge Customer Expectations and Operations: To ensure that all Automotive Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are seamlessly integrated into the local manufacturing processes and plant culture.

Drive Systemic Problem Solving: To shift the plant from a reactive mindset to a proactive, preventive approach by ensuring that system-level corrective actions ( CAPA ) are robust and effective.

Foster a Quality-First Culture: To act as an internal consultant and champion for quality standards, promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:

QMS Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain, develop, and continually improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in strict compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Audit Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal system and process audits (including VDA 6.3 ). Act as the primary contact and host for third-party certification bodies and automotive customer quality audits.

Customer Specific Requirements (CSR): Review, translate, and integrate Customer Specific Requirements into the local plant processes, ensuring full compliance across all manufacturing lines.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Monitor and drive system-level root cause analysis and corrective actions using the 8D methodology . Ensure systemic closure of audit findings and prevent recurrence of quality issues.

Documentation & Change Control: Oversee the creation, revision, and control of QMS documentation, procedures, and standard operating instructions. Manage system-level change controls.

Core Tools Integration: Support and verify the correct application of automotive core tools ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA ) within the plant's operational systems.

KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key quality system metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and data packages for monthly quality reviews and annual Management Reviews.

Training & Qualification: Develop and deliver training programs for plant personnel regarding IATF 16949 standards, internal quality procedures, and general quality awareness.

Continuous Improvement: Drive and support cross-functional continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate the overall quality culture of the facility.
