Job Title: Quality Compliance Auditor
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Compliance Auditor is responsible for the following: Conducting internal/external audits and process audits to assure compliance to AS9100/ISO9001 NADCAP, ISO14001 requirements. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to documents and procedures. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends through regulatory auditing and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting support documents and records. May act as an external audit escort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct internal/external audits, such as AS9100/ISO9001 NADCAP, ISO14001 to assure compliance is maintained to assure compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
2. Assist in the QMS and CCN/CAR Systems are managed and continually improved.
3. Support and drive continuous improvement efforts.
4. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree, technical disciplines preferred. Technical trade school graduates with significant experience also considered.
2. Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a high mix / low volume manufacturing environment.
3. AS9100 Lead Internal Auditor certification preferred.
4. Working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis (RCCA) and process improvement.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
