Job Purpose:
The Production System Test Technician Lead guides a team of test technicians, manages daily testing schedules, and resolves complex technical issues on the production floor. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize test procedures, maintain test equipment, and ensure the production line meets quality and throughput goals.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct Daily Operations: Assign daily testing tasks to technicians to meet production schedules.
- Train and Mentor: Onboard new technicians and train the team on updated test procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor Throughput: Track team performance metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the testing process.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary contact for technicians encountering complex system failures.
- Must be available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr./wk
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a test technician, with 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- The ability to evaluate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical instruments.
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)

Salary Range(annual): $52,520 - $68,640 ($25.25 - $33.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
