Conformal Coat Machine Operator

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the operation of machine in our Conformal Coating area.

Nature of Duties:

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used to spray conformal coat material on the company's product
Works from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks
Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. Responsible to report all accidents, near misses unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s).
Must be able to work overtime
Ability to stand, sit, walk and bend for long periods of time
Duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience as a Machine Operator mandatory
Experience with Conformal Coating preferred.
High School or GED
6 months minimum experience in contract manufacturing
