Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates the activities of DES and Imaging Department workers engaged in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards. Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for the timely completion of job assignments. Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations. Interprets job specifications and assigns employees’ duties. Assists employees in adhering to set work procedures and ensuring quality control standards. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Reports issues and situations between employees to the proper management personnel. Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals. Recommends and initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. May train new workers. Maintains time and production records. May confer with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Must be adept in the activities the employees who report to them are engaged in. Conducts frequent “huddles” with employees to keep them informed of internal company matters. This is a “hands-on” position which frequently involves moving products.
Education/Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in PCB manufacturing including team lead or supervisory experience.
- Excellent skill in organizations and time management, planning, staffing, leading, and motivating employees.
- The ability to generate and document advanced reports. Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, presentations, and Word documents
- Comfortable and capable of working on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet production goals and ensure product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively to maintain cooperative working relationships with those encountered in the course of conducting business
- Ability to effectively communicate; both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management
- Demonstrated ability to work with management, operators, technical staff, and customers.

Salary Range (annual) : $71,770.40 - $90,000.00
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
