JOB TITLE:                          Janitor

DEPARTMENT:                  Facilities

REPORTING TO:                Lead Facilities Technician

OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

• General  maintenance of facility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality: 

•  Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Health & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.

• Maintenance of grounds and building
• Handyman duties - assisting in painting, cleaning, repairing and maintaining damaged equipment, fixtures and fittings
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment / production lines
• Complete work schedule as set out by supervisor
• Identify items in need of repair and bring to the attention of supervisor where appropriate

MEASUREMENTS:

• Housekeeping Matrix
• Timekeeping
• Completion of work records in accordance with procedure
