Define and document detailed business and technical requirements for machine monitoring systems (IoT platforms, SCADA, MES) and automation initiatives.
Create detailed current-state and future-state process maps highlighting automation opportunities.

2. Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze machine telemetry, sensor data, and error logs to identify performance bottlenecks, cycle time inefficiencies, and root causes of downtime.
Develop and maintain KPIs and operational dashboards (e.g., Overall Equipment Effectiveness - OEE) to provide visibility to stakeholders.
Translate complex machine data, with support of engineering teams,  into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership.

3. Solution Design & Implementation Support
Partner with automation engineers and software developers to design, test, and implement automated workflows and predictive maintenance models.
