Business  Analyst

Under limited supervision, responsible for Planning, Studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Will work with cross-functional teams to identify waste and opportunities for cost reductions. Analyzes the sites costs and the use of available resources. Will provide reports to management for decision-making and control. Will assist with ROI analyst for Capital investments.

Qualifications:

Must have a Degree in Business Management or Accounting

Must have the ability to analyze large amounts of data and summarize into detail presentations for management.

Perform cost benefit analyst

Identify waste and the opportunity for cost reductions

Provides detailed analytical reporting to management

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture

Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.

Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic environment

All other duties as assigned

Experience with MS Office

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, cost accounting or industrial engineer

Experience with Oracle ERP desired
