Academic Qualification / Job Qualification:

1. Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 15 years experience (or)
2. BE in EEE/ECR/E&I/Mech with more than 12 years experience

Skills / competence required to perform the Job:

1. Hard Working and Flexible.
2. Knowledge in GC Prevue.
3. Having good analysis skill for solving the problem
4. Knowledge of 8D, 4M, CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology.

Responsibilities:

1. Jigs and Fixture development, Validation, Qualification and Preventive maintenance.
2. Jigs and Fixture coordinate and continuous follow up with supplier for on time delivery.
3. Jigs and fixtures in-house modification for product rev change.
4. Jigs and fixtures arrangements in the rack and 5S maintaining
5. Downtime reduction.
6. Co-ordinate with CFT for Process Tooling improvements.
7. CAPA need to be provided for tooling process related issues.
8. Involve and lead Kaizen, Continuous improvement and Cost saving projects.
9. Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness , continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required.

Authority:

1. Authorized to take quick and correct decisions with respect to the Jigs and Fixture development as per the WI and Customer requirements.
2. Authorized to take prompt decisions with respect to the downtime reduction.
