Supply Chain Analyst - Sr. / Project Manager

Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting
material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.
 Prepare and analyze requests for quotation (RFQs) and drive competitive bidding processes
 Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk
 Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous
improvement initiatives
 Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness, cost targets, and
timelines
 Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure material
specifications and requirements are met
 Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement and supply chain optimization
 Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and
performance
 Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities to support customer demand, order
execution, and delivery performance
 Monitor backlog, forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment status to quickly identify risks and drive
timely resolution
 Partner with commercial, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align priorities and
improve service levels
 Support demand planning, product transitions, inventory initiatives, reporting, and continuous
improvement projects.
 Identify and execute initiatives focused on inventory reduction, lead time improvement,
working capital optimization, freight savings, and service level enhancement.
 Support strategic planning, annual operating plans, and productivity roadmaps for the plant.
 Develop and implement best practices across multiple plants, ensuring standardization and
operational excellence.
