Engineer II (IT)
Job Responsibilities
• General Helpdesk support.
• Desktop / Laptop support.
• Shop floor system and site level applications support.
• Basic server administration.
• Basic network administration.
• IT asset management.
• Liaise with Vendor and internal operational staff.
• Ensure the compliance of Corporate IT policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installation, configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic Network Knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Workspace.
