Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and expedite WIP located in our lab/final inspection with requirements such as outside lab, source inspection, first article/AS9102.
• Proactively work with Production Control to communicate external requirements and accurately project anticipated completion dates.
• Create and update a tracking tool that keeps track of orders with external requirements.
• Ensure customer source inspection has been scheduled for all jobs that have this requirement.
• Continually monitor the final inspection WIP and ensure it is accurate.
• Work with inspection lead to help resolve issues with jobs that are stagnant for any reason.
• Contribute to daily Production Meetings and issue updates to the daily schedule to attendees.
• Update production management with any changes to job schedules
• Update production reports / lists on a continuous, as well as as-needed basis.
• Responsible for any additional duties and or responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in printed circuit board manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, particularly Excel. Ability to be trained in usage of manufacturing applications.
• Excellent responsiveness and customer focus.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Prior Sanmina experience and systems knowledge is preferred.

Salary Range (annual) : $41,623.00 - $49,920.00

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
