Job Title: Global Strategic Alliances Lead
A Global Strategic Alliances Lead shall drive significant growth and market expansion through the development and management of strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing mutually beneficial alliances with complementary technology providers, system integrators, resellers, and other strategic partners that will extend our reach, enhance our product offering, and accelerate revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of establishing and scaling successful partnerships.
Key Objectives of the Role:
Partnership Managers personnel shall be involved in the following functional areas:

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliances strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.

Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and alignment with our product roadmap and target audience.

Define clear partnership objectives, target outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each alliance.
Partner Identification & Qualification:

Proactively research and identify potential partners through industry events, networking, market research, and internal referrals.

Evaluate the strategic fit, market presence, technical capabilities, and financial stability of potential partners.

Develop compelling value propositions for potential partners, clearly articulating the mutual benefits of the alliance.
Negotiation & Agreement Management:

Lead the negotiation process for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to develop and finalize partnership agreements.

Ensure clear documentation of partnership terms, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Partner Onboarding & Enablement:

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new partners, including product training, sales enablement materials, and technical integration guidance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success.
Relationship Management & Growth:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.

Regularly communicate with partners, sharing updates, addressing challenges, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.

Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, joint sales initiatives, and integrated product offerings.

Monitor partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and identify areas for improvement and growth.
Internal Collaboration & Advocacy:

Act as an internal advocate for partner initiatives, ensuring alignment and support from relevant internal teams.

Provide regular updates on partnership activities, progress, and impact to senior leadership.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and prioritize integration opportunities with partner solutions.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop joint messaging, collateral, and sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of strategic alliances against defined KPIs.

Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, revenue contribution, and overall impact.

Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize partnership performance.
Qualifications/Skills:

A bachelor's degree or higher in business management or similar field.

Three to five years of experience in upper management or executive-level management.

Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that have driven significant revenue growth and market expansion.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
