Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT communications or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,1 with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise language.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and image editing.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering live and recorded video training.

  • Experience in video production and editing.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace productivity suite, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and Sites.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience managing Intranet sites.
     

    Duties:

  • Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively promote IT products, services, and initiatives to the global employee base.

  • Conduct audience analysis and tailor communication strategies to meet the specific needs of diverse user groups.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage compelling content for a variety of communication channels, including intranet portals, newsletters, email communications, video content, and presentations.

  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and voice.

  • Write and edit technical documentation and user guides to ensure clarity and accessibility.

  • Multimedia Development and Training:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging live and recorded video-based training sessions for IT products and services, tailored to different user skill levels.

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content to support IT initiatives, training programs, and informational updates.

  • Utilize graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, to create and modify visual assets for presentations, promotional materials, and digital platforms.

  • Collaboration and Project Management:

  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of technical concepts.

  • Manage communication projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines and project management methodologies.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, providing communication expertise and support.

  • Platform Administration:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Video Content Management platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

  • Manage and maintain content on the company intranet.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Review and edit all communication materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

  • Develop and maintain communication style guides and templates.
