Administrator II (Program)
Job Responsibilities
To manage projects assigned, which inclusive of:
• Bridging between customers and plant expectations
• Understanding of data package released by the customer
• Review of build schedule and delivery
• Work closely with Project SCP to ensure full kit of material is available
• Change management such as engineering changes or SRD from customer
• Submission of quotes prior to the build
• Work on E&O clearance with customer after the build
• Control of material purchase due to small lot size for NPI builds
• Appropriate purchasing parameters setup to ensure no overbuy of excess material due to high MOQ/SPQ
• To uphold the rest of Plant metrics such as OTD to promise date, AR etc.
• Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Preferably with Planning experience
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
