Job Purpose:

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Be part of the cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. 

 Nature of Duties:

• Learn MES cloud-based solution setup & configuration, testing,  and integration with ERP
• Plant level MES (Manufacturing Execution System) administrator
• Provide valuable inputs to internal teams and suggest changes and/or improvements to the cloud MES solution
• Create documentation for software usage, maintenance, training, and other requirements
• Actively engage with operations and engineering to conduct requirements gathering, prepare statement of work and solution design document
• Leveraging best practices to create process flow in conjunction with operations and engineering that best suits their manufacturing process
• Liaison between Engineering and local IT to provide equipment interconnectivity support

 Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Manufacturing or technology
• Willing to learn cloud-based software deployment, training and testing
• Self-starter with a strong technical aptitude and quick learner
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to provide clear and detailed technical reports and presentations

Salary Range (annual) : $71,000.00 - $97,000.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
