Product Manager 

Education: Bachelors Degree in related field work.

•  3+ years of experience in manufacturing and or software industries.
• Strong experience in product management disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, for customer-facing and event-based engagements.
• B.S. Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• M.B.A. preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to daily and tactical activities.
• Drive the solution development (Development/Engineering, and Marketing) through market requirements, product message and positioning.
• Plans and directs project schedules.
• Manages project budgets and costs.

Further responsibilities:

• Driving solutions across various teams (Analysis, Development, etc).
• Assists with technical requirements gathering to insure solutions meet defined needs.
• Insures that documentation / training material / data sheets and use cases are complete, concise, and available as part of project deliverables.
• Contribute towards product strategy and vision.
• Meet regularly with all stakeholders to ensure product direction matches market needs and organizational objectives.
• Collect, analyze and respond to client/prospect feedback.
