Education:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience :

• 2+ years of experience in Customer support activities.
• 2+ years of experience in support manufacturing systems.
• Experience using Postgresql, Linux and SQL.
•  

Knowledge :

• Knowledge and/or experience with manufacturing systems, Java, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Linux.

Skills / Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Solid problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities/Activities:

• Analyze, test, maintain and support manufacturing systems.
• Interface with other systems and users worldwide.
• Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements.
• Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.
• Help develop test cases and support documentation.
