Job Purpose:
The Senior Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory accuracy, availability, and reporting reliability for a multi-site - fast-paced electronics prototyping and manufacturing environment. Leveraging advanced analytical tools and deep supply chain expertise, this role will support engineering prototyping and production continuity, minimize excess and obsolete materials, and drive operational excellence across production sites and distribution centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing supply chains, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with customer, planning, procurement, production, and logistics teams to deliver data-driven decisions.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple global sites to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy, streamline cycle count processes, and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address inventory discrepancies, slow-moving items, and potential shortages.
- Manage excess, obsolete, and end-of-life material disposition in alignment with corporate policies.
- Generate and present detailed inventory performance reports, including KPIs such as Inventory
- Turns, Days on Hand, and Accuracy Rates.
- Use root cause analysis to investigate and resolve systemic inventory issues.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance ERP/MRP functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Standardize best practices for inventory control across different facilities.
- Partner with demand planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to align inventory strategies with product lifecycle and manufacturing schedules.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) inventory readiness and EOL (End-of-Life) material management.
- Work closely with customer and program management to ensure on-time.
- Compile and report daily/weekly reporting/metrics.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- APICS training and certification is a plus.
- minimum of 8 years work related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of productive process capacity and Lean methodologies
- Ideal candidate must have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Oracle 11i, MS-Excel, MS-Office and MRP knowledge is a must.
- Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and reducing excess stock.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience on forward and reverse logistics (NPI, Prototyping, Direct Fulfillment & Repair) is a plus

Salary Range(annual): $100,000 - $120,000
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
