Job Purpose
We’re looking for a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic Associate HR Rep to join our team.  This person will be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.  They thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating, problem solving, and identifying opportunities to implement creative solutions.  They roll up their sleeves and dive in to new projects and learning opportunities, and they have a strong customer service orientation.  They have strong written and verbal communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.  This role will partner with local HR Manager in supporting multiple sites.

Nature of Duties / Responsibilities
•    Listens and fosters open communication throughout the business.
•    Liaising between employees and management.
•    Manage minor employee complaints.
•    Advises management on addressing employees’ concerns.
•    Maintains close contact with the HR management team to work in synchronization with the other business units.
•    Ensures that HR services are provided as appropriate to internal client needs, identifies new opportunities where HR can add value, and maintains leading-edge knowledge of HR issues.
•    Participates in pay equity initiatives and undertakes internal equity assessments.
•    Liaises with benefit providers and consultants on benefit issues and questions.
•    Leads and participates in cross-functional project teams as required.
•    Identifies, supports, and champions opportunities for change and continuous improvement.
•    Supports and collaborates in communication strategies and training for employees and managers with respect to company programs, policies, or processes.
•    Leverages appropriate internal systems for maintaining, auditing, and updating employee information in accordance with established procedures.
•    Tracks and reports on relevant information to identify trends and opportunities.

Education
•    Minimum 0 - 2 years experience in a human resources generalist capacity.
•    Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience
•    Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. 
•    Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
•    Familiar with HRIS, ATS and database systems.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•    Personable individual who is able to build professional relationships across the organization.
•    Strong customer service orientation.
•    Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.

Salary Range(annual): $55,000 - $75,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.  The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
