Systems Engineer 2

Job Responsibilities:

1) Maintain and improve the current quality management system (IATF16949, TL9000 and AS9100), ensure management procedures are compliance with the Corp procedures & QMS standards, and ensure the procedure are fully understood and respected in SANMINA-Wuxi plant.

2) Coordinate the annual regular internal quality system audit, follow up and ensure to close all nonconformities found in time.

3) Coordinate all customers & Corporate Audits and the 3rd party audit, including follow up& verification of corrective & preventive actions.

4) Document management  Support Process Engineer to review the applicability of QMS documents prior to releasing.

5) know and comply with EHS instructions policies

6）Follow up internal CAR finish progress in Agile system, and give the training to staffs when necessary. 

7）Follow up KPI situation,  including follow up& verification of corrective & preventive actions.

8）Be responsible for Document and record control

Qualification:

Education: Equal or above College degree, major in electronics or related is preferred

Training:

1) ISO 9001:2008 internal auditor certification is mandatory. And TS/TL/AS internal auditor certification is a plus.

 2) Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools (APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)熟悉AIAG 5大核心工具(APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)    

Experience: At least 3 years experience on quality management system, and have abilities on analysis and resolving the quality abnormality.

Skills: 

1) Good in listening, written and oral English. 

2) Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

3) Able to solve problems using proper quality tools such as 5 why, fishbone, and 8D is preferred.
