PERFIL

Escolaridad : Carrera de ingeniería (electrónica, mecánica, mecatronica)

Experiencia :

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, (BS in Engineering)
• Experience with Labor estimation and Assembly line balancing
• Interface with all disciplines to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement strategies
• Assist the transition of development programs into production

Conocimientos :          

• Knowledge of both Automated and Manual Assembly processes

• BiLingual (Spanish/English) 60-80%
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Habilidades /  Competencias :

• Familiarity with Gannt and other Project management tools
• Familiarity with BDI and other predictive tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Oracle.

Responsabilidades / Actividades :

• Responsibilities to include Labor estimates for new assembly processes

• Ability to provide labor estimates to quote new opportunities.
• Develop Line layout, set up and balancing.
• Use of AutoCAD to create line layouts
• Validate Final labor with approved quote prior released.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing during the NPI phase to release into mass production.
• Create quotes for new product (final assemblies, subassemblies and PCB)
• Create lay out for actual/new products to develop optimum process.
