PCB Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Develop relationships within target customers and or a defined region using a very strong hunter approach to rapidly develop new Printed Circuit Boards customers
  • Deploys account strategy in conjunction with Management in order to achieve aims and objectives set for the business while ensuring PCB targets are met profitably
  • Responsible for developing new customers and to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes
  • Meets and exceeds sales revenues targets set by Management
  • Achieves annual sales revenue targets by obtaining new business
  • Identifies potential customers and analyzes the customer’s business, mission, strategy, and operations in order to recommend Sanmina products or services
  • Engages appropriate resources from cross-functional teams to ensure successful business execution
  • Regularly update management on the progress of new customers and new opportunities and provide input into the annual Division’s Budget
  • Act as "Quarterback" on new accounts as well as existing accounts to ensure that the utmost in customer satisfaction is achieved

Your profile:

  • Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in business or engineering
  • At least 5 years business development or sales experience of large scale contracts 
  • Deep knowledge of PCB/Backplane industry with background in Manufacturing with an understanding of overall electronics is absolutely mandatory for this role
  • Experience in the areas of high-tech, automotive, industrial, medical and/or aviation
  • Proven Hunter mentality with a focus on new customer acquisition and high level of persistence
  • Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills, leading to results through influence
  • Experience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations
  • Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize
  • Located preferably in Germany (Home office) with work permit in Germany
  • Extensive travelling required
  • High proficiency level in both German and English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
