In Process Inspector (Manufacturing Production) - 2nd Shift

Job Purpose:

Support of the Production Process and In process visual inspection of non conforming products.

Nature of Duties:

  • The individual will be responsible perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor
  • Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.
  • Make repairs on products at Sub Lams and Outer Layer products.
  • Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities. 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience
  • Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up.
  • Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
  • Experience with IPC 600.
  • Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require.

Salary Range (annual) : $41054 - $47840

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
