Master Scheduler
Purpose of the role: Ensure proper demand and accurate supply chain planning.
Main tasks:
- Analyse customer demand and create accurate commitment based on supply chain and capacity
- Create clear to build on a daily basis follow up with purchasing on material availability, assign priorities.
- Create shortage list and identify risks if production plan / master schedule is impacted
- Schedule engineering changes and new product implementation
- Through demand planning Master scheduler is responsible to keep inventory level, excess and obsolete under targeted limit.
- Provides high level schedule for production planners with priority assignment.
Skills, requirements:
- Deep knowledge of logistics and supply cain processes
- Clear understanding of MRP system locic
- Good knowledge of systems and tools used
- Systematic thinking
- Excellent analytical skills
- Decision making
- Good communication skills
- English language at intermediate level
